You have arrived at the online home of the Kemetic Temple of San Jose, California and the Temple of Ra in San Francisco, California. Both are temples dedicated to restoring and celebrating the sacred rituals of ancient Egypt. From time to time we will post articles and musings on subjects of interest to the Kemetic community.

In ancient times the houses of the gods were private sanctuaries for their divine residents, but the outer courtyards of the temple complex nevertheless offered a safe and open place for people to gather. This is such a place for us, here along the banks of cyberspace. You are welcome here, and we encourage you to drop us a line with any questions or comments you may have for us, so that we may both benefit from your visit!

We have tried to avoid duplicating information easily available on other Kemetic websites. Our focus will be primarily on:

Answering questions

Explaining our approach to Kemetic worship

Providing information on our own temples

Offering advice on creating a local temple

And possibly other things as well, as they come up
